Composite panel

It is a colored aluminum sheet, one side of which is made of polyethylene core, with two sides covered with aluminum sheet. Aluminum Composite Panels offer unlimited opportunities for architects and designers to make very different original buildings due to their features. Aluminum Composite Panels can be easily applied on exterior and interior facades, as well as being lightweight, strong, flexible, providing smooth surfaces and supporting other building elements, it is a preferred facade coating material all over the world. It allows different buildings to be built thanks to the color and different pattern-texture alternatives. The fact that it can be used with glass structures makes this material attractive. When applied by applying insulation on the formed iron carcass, heat and sound insulation is also provided. Its main features are; durable, hard and light, a wide variety of color-pattern alternatives, applicability in flexible projects, high sound and heat insulation, easy manufacturing and machinability, high resistance to bad environmental conditions, easy maintenance and cleaning, fast and easy assembly, aesthetic and stylish appearance .

Granite-Ceramic

Granite-Ceramic Cladding Facade Systems are applied together with the carrier aluminum construction on the deaf surfaces of the existing structures. Due to its high abrasion and impact resistance, low water absorption feature, stain resistance, easy installation, resistance to external weather conditions, many color and size options, it is one of the materials preferred in interior and exterior facades. Also, it does not allow moisture formation in the building due to the continuous air circulation in the system. It is applied in three different systems as clips, hidden clips and gluing. Clip System: It is an economical and reliable system applied by mounting stainless steel visible clips and EPDM suppositories together with carrier aluminum profiles. It can be used in any size. Hidden Clip System: It is mounted to the carrier construction with the help of aluminum clips attached to the dovetail channels opening to four points on the back surfaces. It is generally applied to 60x60cm, 60x120cm, 50x100cm sized materials. Adhesion System: It is mounted to the aluminum carrier profile with a temporary tape and a polyurethane based high strength material that does not lose its elasticity at -40 to +100 degrees. It is the most economical porcelain ceramic application method and can be applied in any size. Optionally, it can be mounted with open joints or with closed joints. In the closed joint system, in addition to the open joint application, special aluminum profiles of the desired RAL color are mounted on the vertical and horizontal joints of the coating material and the gaps between the joints of the material are closed.

Compact Laminate

They are Compact Laminates designed to be used especially in curtain walls in exterior applications. Compact Laminates acquire properties that adapt perfectly to exterior conditions with some technical differences that occur during the manufacturing phase. The material is resistant to light by using decorative papers on its surface that comply with DIN 54001 and ISO 4586 / II norms. Melamine and phenolic resins mixed with special chemicals provide the material's resistance to UV rays and exterior conditions. According to the design details, there are adhesion and mechanical assembly system application types. Facade compact laminates, which can be produced with double faced with 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm thickness according to their application forms, reflect the unlimited designs with their durability, fastness guarantee and ease of application.

Terra Cotta

Terra Cotta is a natural façade cladding material that is produced industrially from natural materials such as clay and kaolin, allowing natural ventilation of building facades and not limiting its architectural strength. It attracts attention with its maintenance-free, warm and aesthetic appearance and easy assembly. It has been used and used in many prestigious and monumental projects. It is also applied as a deaf facade cladding in various buildings. Terra Cotta material, which is produced in the form of single-walled or double-walled panels, is applied as a suspension system on steel and aluminum construction. Corner joints for both types of panels are made at an angle of 45 degrees or with a metal profile. Technical specifications may also vary depending on customer requests, local-national standards, and system requirements.
